The things teams usually ask first.

Do we need technical people to run this?
No. The agents are set up so a marketer can run them. We train your team on the day-to-day and document the rest. If something needs engineering, it is usually a one-time setup we handle during installation.
What if we don’t use HubSpot yet?
We set it up as part of the installation. If you already have an instance, we work with it. Either way, the configuration is part of what you own at the end.
How long until our team can run it alone?
The system is operational within about 60 days, and your team is trained to run it by handoff. Most teams work independently from there, with us available if they want us.
Can you stay on after the handoff?
Yes. Some teams take it fully in-house; others keep us on call for strategy or a monthly check-in. You choose at handoff, not before.
Do we actually own the agents and workflows?
Yes. They live in your infrastructure, configured for your business. That is the whole point of this path: you own the operation, not a subscription to ours.
